Well Rested

Had 5 days off from training, it killed me to do it, but it was needed to get rid of my niggling little injuries which seemed to be popping up all over my body. Got back in the gym today, hit the compounds (bench, sqaut, deadlift) and made some great gains and a personal best! So quite happy at the mo!
